- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dutchess County Mass Transit makes numerous mistakes and have no sense of urgency. Some of the drivers are obnoxious and don't use common sense i.e. efficiency. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Even though it has limited hours and you have to be there on time to catch the bus, it is an inexpensive way to get to the sights and parts of Dutchess County which would otherwise be inaccessible by car.
