- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't recommend Marshall & Sterling in poughkeepsie Ny to anyone. I had a policy done by Bernadette Tyrrell and she completely made a mess of it, after she did the policy and mess it all up it was very hard for me to get in contact with her to straighten out what she did( I guess all she wanted was to make commission out of the deal)I had to call up to the people over her and jump over hoops To get everything straighten out. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is beyond Horrible! The Poughkeepsie location is the worse! They screwed up my policy so bad and I got double billed all the time. Every time I called there the staff was so RUDE! I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was unavailable, I asked for her phone number and the lady on the phoned yelled and said it was a him and just transferred my call. I spoke to the manager in Florida and he could have cared less. Told me he had been doing the business for 30 years and still did not give a care to help straighten out the mess! He told me he would call me back and I did not hold my breath and thank God I didn't as he never called me back. Do not sign up with this company!
